The expiry date is stated on the back of the packaging. The shelf life of SIMPLE products is 18 months.

SIMPLE is available at 3kg, 9kg (3kg x3bags) and 18kg.

SIMPLE has 3 product ranges:

  • Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon & Roast Vegetable.

  • Free Range Lamb & Cranberries.

  • Hormone Free Chicken & Apples.

It is Made in Australia.

We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are in process as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders will be delivered by our dedicated courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

STANDARD DELIVERY - Process and Lead Time

  1. Delivery will take up to 3-7 business days from the date of purchase.

  2. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be delivered out on Tuesday by our dedicated courier service, excluding public holidays.


In rare cases, there may be unexpected service delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accidents, unscheduled events, and etc.

We accept payments in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only, via SenangPay, pay with credit/debit card, internet banking (FPX) or eWallet.

  2. Next, search for the items you would like to order. Click on a product to see more details. To add the product to your cart, click on the turquoise button that says “Add to Cart.” 

  3. After you've added something to your cart, you can continue shopping or check out. To check out, click on the green button that says “Proceed to Checkout.” While you’re shopping, you can always click the cart on the upper right corner of your screen to view your shopping cart or proceed to checkout. 

  4. On the checkout page, add or select your shipping address. Before you place your order, review the items in your cart. Any discounts or promotions will be reflected in your Order Total. 

  5. Put in your Coupon Code/ Voucher Code at “Option” before checkout, if any.

  6. When you’re ready, click the grey button that says “Continue to Payment” and select your option of payment:credit / debit card, internet banking (FPX) or eWallet

  7.  After payment is completed, an email confirming your order will be sent to your registered email.

We are confident in our product quality and your doggo will definitely love it! If you are not satisfied with our products, we cheerfully accept returns for new and unopened products up to 365 days from the date you placed your order, with proof of purchase, for your full refund. You may also return open products within 7 days, with your proof of purchase, for a full refund.
